DXL SAURON Oracle / terms

Terms of use

The purpose, permitted use and limits of the DXL SAURON Oracle reporting service.

Version 1 · Effective 7 November 2026

1. Status and operator

These terms describe the permitted use of DXL SAURON Oracle, the private delivery-reporting integration operated by DYNAMIC EXPRESS LOGISTICS LTD, company number 16694115, at 20 Nowell Close, Radcliffe-On-Trent, Nottingham, NG12 1FE, United Kingdom.

The service is intended for authorised DXL business use. Reading this public information page does not create an account, grant access to connected services or require an acceptance click. Existing employment, contractor, supplier and customer agreements continue to govern the relevant commercial relationships.

2. What the service provides

The service processes eligible carrier report PDFs, validates and preserves reporting evidence, maintains designated Google reporting resources and presents observations and review information in the DXL application.

Observed amounts describe the source reports. They do not establish a contractual rate, approve an invoice or payment, calculate contractor settlements, or amend a person's employment or commercial terms. Existing agreements and authorised business procedures remain the basis for those matters.

Data coverage depends on reports actually received and successfully validated. A missing date is not, by itself, evidence that work did not occur. The service does not certify that every expected report has arrived without an independently established reporting schedule.

3. Authorised access

Use the service only with permission from DXL and only for the responsibilities assigned to you. Account owners must have authority to connect the relevant mailbox, register, archive and repository.

  • Protect account credentials and use the access assigned to you.
  • Do not share tokens, attempt to bypass permissions or use another person's account.
  • Do not connect unrelated data or upload information you are not authorised to process.
  • Report suspected access misuse or data exposure to the DXL administrator.

Google permissions may extend beyond a single spreadsheet or folder. The reporting service targets designated DXL resources through its configuration. Review the Google data disclosure before authorising access.

4. Evidence and responsible review

Check source context, freshness, report status and any unresolved exception before relying on an observation. Acknowledging a signal is a review record, not a change to the source contract or a guarantee that the source is correct.

Provide accurate review reasons and references. Do not present a support category as a validated probability, hide conflicting evidence, or use reporting output as the sole basis for a significant decision about a person.

Do not force a held source through the import process, overwrite historical records to conceal a discrepancy or run competing imports outside the approved coordination controls.

5. Availability and external services

The service depends on network access and services including Zoho, Google, Oracle-hosted infrastructure and GitHub. Authorisations, provider limits, outages, validation failures or maintenance can delay updates. The service may retain the last verified projection when a new update cannot be completed.

Scheduled checks do not guarantee that every candidate will be imported or that every observation is error-free. A held report requires review; re-running an uncertain write without reconciliation can damage the reporting history.

Authorised administrators may suspend access or processing to investigate an issue, protect information or perform maintenance. Any service-level commitments must be agreed separately.

6. Confidentiality and permitted use

Use report content, identities, consignment references and observed values only for authorised operational purposes. Share information only with people who need it and have permission. Do not publish private reports, credentials or review records.

The service does not transfer ownership of source reports or third-party materials. DXL and its suppliers retain any applicable rights in their respective materials. Carrier names identify the source of reports; they do not imply that the carrier owns, approves or endorses this DXL application.

Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy. These terms do not replace a required data-processing agreement or remove individual data-protection rights.

7. Disconnecting and changes

An account owner may revoke an external connection using the provider's controls and should tell the DXL administrator so the effect on reporting can be assessed. Revocation does not itself delete previously retained records.

DXL may update the service and its instructions. Material changes to the handling of connected data must be reflected in the applicable notice and authorisation process before the new use begins.

Requests to correct or remove retained information should follow the privacy request process and documented retention rules, including applicable preservation obligations.
