Evidence-led delivery reporting

Know what changed.
Keep the evidence.

DXL SAURON Oracle connects delivery reports with the DXL application, so authorised teams can trace observed rates, understand exceptions and review changes with their original sources.

For authorised Dynamic Express Logistics LTD users.

One reporting workflow

From incoming PDFs
to an informed review.

The reporting service runs on DXL's Oracle-hosted infrastructure. It checks eligible DHL eCommerce / Evri Premium reports, preserves accepted evidence in the designated Google Drive archive and updates the designated Google Sheets reporting register.

01 / REPORT INTEGRITY

Keep the original context

Source references, report dates and import records make observations traceable. Duplicate checks help prevent the same delivery information from being counted again.

02 / RATE OBSERVATIONS

See the differences

SAURON compares observed combinations and values, including base amounts and enhancements. Evidence labels indicate how often an observation appears in the available reports.

03 / OPERATIONAL REVIEW

Resolve with evidence

Authorised owners and administrators can acknowledge, investigate or explain a signal. Their review records retain a reason, actor and time.

Understand the connection

Google connects the register
and the archive.

Google Drive stores source PDFs. Google Sheets holds the structured reporting register. An authorised account owner grants access so the reporting service can read, archive and update these DXL resources.

The requested Google permissions cover broader Drive and Sheets access. The service's configured operations target the designated DXL register and archive; OAuth itself does not limit permission to one folder.

What an observation means

A signal starts a review.

An observed rate is a value found in a report. It is not automatically an agreed contractual tariff, a payment instruction or a change to a driver's terms.

The deployed reporting logic uses defined comparison rules. Its support labels are evidence categories, not statistical probabilities. People remain responsible for business decisions.

Common questions

Clear expectations, from the start.

Who can use SAURON?

The application is intended for authorised DXL business users. Access is arranged by DXL administrators; this information site does not create accounts or provide a public reporting dashboard.

Does the reporting service change emails?

The current Zoho connection is read-only. The service reads eligible report messages and attachments; it does not send, delete or move messages.

Does it make payments or employment decisions?

This reporting workflow does not calculate settlements, issue payments or invoices, or make solely automated decisions about employment, pay or eligibility. Observations and review feedback do not rewrite contractual tariffs.

Where can I ask about access or personal data?
